At Intrado, I led design and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including the flagship SchoolMessenger communication tool. My work spanned a variety of solutions, from enhancing emergency response systems to refining enterprise collaboration tools and virtual event platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across diverse industries.
For SchoolMessenger, I took on the role of Senior Design Lead with a focus on UI/UX creative. During my time in this role (prior to acquisition), I crafted a full brand and platform redesign, including all promotional materials for trade shows and conferences.
